Thanks for all the replies. I need to re-read the C&P exam results to understand exactly what the QTC doc said. The other QTC doc had only 1 page of my service record to review. He did not have any treatment notes from my VA doc so I can only assume the MH QTC doc had the same thing (only svc record and nothing else) to base his opinion on. right now I am waiting for them to finish "gathering evidence".
